What we collect
When you place an order or contact us, we collect the details you give us — name, delivery address, email, phone number and order history. We do not collect or store full payment card numbers; payments are handled by our payment provider.
How we use it
To process and deliver your orders, handle returns, answer enquiries and — only if you opt in — send you our newsletter. We also use aggregate, anonymised analytics to understand how the storefront is used.
Cookies
We use a small number of cookies to keep your bag and wishlist working and to measure site performance. You can manage non-essential cookies through your browser or our cookie settings.
Sharing
We share data only with the partners needed to run the shop — payment, delivery and email providers — and never sell your personal data to anyone.

Retention
We keep order records for as long as legally required for tax and accounting, then delete or anonymise them.
