Noble Muse is a demonstration theme, not a live shop. No real orders, payments or contracts are created here. This page is placeholder copy — replace it with your own terms before going live.
These terms
By placing an order with Noble Muse you agree to these terms. They are written in plain language and are meant to be fair to both sides.
Orders
An order is confirmed once you receive our confirmation email. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if a piece is out of stock or a pricing error occurred — and will refund any payment in full.
Prices & payment
Prices are shown in euros (€) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment is taken at checkout through our secure payment provider.
Refunds
Unworn pieces returned within 30 days are refunded in full to your original payment method, typically within 5 — 7 business days of the return reaching us. Original shipping charges, where they applied, are non-refundable unless the item was faulty.
Faulty items
If a piece arrives faulty or not as described, contact us and we will repair, replace or refund it — including any delivery costs — in line with your statutory rights.
Intellectual property
All content on this storefront — text, imagery and design — belongs to Noble Muse or its licensors and may not be reused without permission.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise our liability is limited to the value of your order.
